Adam is a father of five tamariki and whānau ora is of utmost importance in his life. Adam played rugby for the Māori All Blacks and Japan national team. Adam lived in Japan for 10 years, speaks fluent Japanese and is committed to improving his te reo Māori. Adam is currently employed as a Community Advisor for the Department of Internal Affairs and completed a secondment to Te Runanga of Ngāi Tahu in 2021. Adam brings history in construction, board experience and strong local relationships.

Adam specialises in sales and marketing, together with building relationships and tikanga for Pūtahi Mahi.

GRAEME ODAMS

Graeme is a commercial and corporate lawyer and has over 27 years’ experience in this field. Graeme also managed one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading building companies for 15 years.

Graeme specialises in logistics and contracts for Pūtahi Mahi.

LAUREN ISHERWOOD

Lauren is a registered legal executive with 17 years experience and is also a sales and marketing manager at a residential construction company.

Lauren provides administrative services to Pūtahi Mahi.
